Privacy Notice (Aviso de Privacidad Integral)

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version of this notice is the legally binding text and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

1. Party responsible for the processing of your personal data

Architect Regina Mariel Montañez Murillo, trading under the commercial name "!MORE Arch Studio", with address at Edificio World Trade Center Ciudad de México, Montecito # 38, piso 19 oficina 30, Colonia Nápoles, Mexico City, C.P. 03810, is the party responsible (responsable) for the processing of the personal data you provide to us through this website, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).

2. Personal data we collect

We collect the following personal data when you voluntarily provide it through our forms:

Contact form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Company or organisation (optional)
  • Services you are interested in, selected from a list
  • The content of the message you write

Guide download form:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • The guide you select

Technical data collected automatically. When you submit either of our forms, our form processing provider automatically records your IP address, the type of browser you use, the time of submission, and the address of the page from which you contacted us. This data is collected for security and fraud prevention purposes.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We ask that you do not include sensitive information — such as health data, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, financial information, or official identification details — in the free message field of our forms.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary for our relationship with you):

  • To respond to requests for information, quotations, or contact that you send us.
  • To deliver the material you have requested, such as the downloadable guides in PDF format.
  • To follow up on a possible commercial or service relationship.
  • To maintain administrative records of the communications received.

Secondary purposes (not necessary; you may object):

  • To send you information about our services, content, and news from the studio.

If you do not wish your personal data to be used for the secondary purposes described above, you may say so at any time by sending a request to our email address contact@morearchstudio.com. Refusing the processing of your data for secondary purposes will not be grounds for denying you the services or attention you request.

4. Measurement technologies on the website

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and which pages they consult. This tool does not use cookies, does not build individual profiles, and does not track visitors across other websites. The information it produces is statistical and does not allow you to be identified.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Should tracking technologies other than those described here be incorporated in future, this privacy notice will be updated.

5. Processors and data handling

To operate this site and process your requests we use the following providers, which act as processors (encargados) of personal data on behalf of !MORE Arch Studio:

  • Formspree — processes form submissions and stores the responses. Its servers are located in the United States.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and provides visit analytics.
  • Sanity — manages the site's content.

Personal data may be processed by providers located outside Mexico acting as processors, solely in order to provide the technological services necessary for the operation of the website. These providers are contractually obliged to process your data only in accordance with our instructions.

We do not sell, transfer, or share your personal data with third parties for purposes other than those set out in this notice.

6. Data retention

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, as well as to meet legal, administrative, accounting, contractual, or rights-defence requirements.

Once the data is no longer necessary for those purposes, it will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal retention and deletion policies. Where necessary, data may be kept blocked for the period required to meet legal obligations or address potential claims.

7. How to limit the use or disclosure of your data

You may request at any time that we limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending an email to contact@morearchstudio.com. We will attend to your request within the periods established by law.

8. Security measures

We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorised access.

9. Rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection to the processing of personal data (ARCO rights)

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data in our possession and know how we process it.
  • Rectify your data when it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Cancel your data when you consider it is not required for the stated purposes.
  • Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, send a request to contact@morearchstudio.com, stating:

  1. Your name and a means by which we can communicate our response to you.
  2. A document proving your identity, or proof of legal representation if you are acting on behalf of another person.
  3. A clear description of the data in respect of which you are exercising the right.
  4. Any information that would help us locate your data.

Exercising these rights is free of charge. We will respond to your request within the periods established by law.

10. Withdrawal of consent

You may at any time withdraw the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data by sending your request to contact@morearchstudio.com, following the same procedure set out in the preceding section.

11. Changes to this Privacy Notice

This notice may be amended to address legislative developments, service needs, or changes in our privacy practices. Any amendment will be published on this same page, www.morearchstudio.com/privacy, stating the date of the last update. We recommend that you consult it periodically.

12. Competent authority

If you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been infringed, you may approach the competent authority for the protection of personal data under the applicable legislation in force.
